From 20th October 2014 (until the end of the season – usually early December) Vasco will be serving up a new and limited time Truffle Tasting Menu.
The indulgent six-course menu has been created to bring out the very best of this seasonal luxury. The menu features highlights such as the pleasingly vert Watercress risotto with escargot and burrata – an absolute must-try. And the Roast organic venison, confit potatoes, fennel and Granny Smith marmalade and black pepper sauce, venison is stunning and often an overlooked meat, Vasco’s is organically and ethically farmed from Rhug Estate in North Wales.
Diners can choose to have three courses with white truffle $2380 per person, or the full menu served with white truffle at $2980
