Canalside Studio is a design practice that finds curiosity in architecture, interior, installation art, furniture and product. We approach design subjects through questions and innocent perspectives, to identify practical constraints and distil its essence into a physical experience. The practice was co-founded in 2021 by Etain Ho and Francis Lam, and have received multiple awards including Gold Award in Taipei International Design Award, Good Design Award in Japan, Golden Pin Award, Hong Kong Smart Design Award, and Guangzhou Design Week 2023 Regional Top 10 Designers. Works of the co-founders have also been featured in media and publications including Tatler Asia, SCMP, Post Magazine, Dezeen, Detail magazine, Designboom, ArchDaily, and AD Clever.
