In the old days, crust of bread and sugar was a decadent dessert.

Nowadays, creative recipes like using banana peels to make curry, and boil radish heads into “abalone” might be more common than you think!

The team humbly visited different communities and families in the past few years, collecting “WasteNot” stories, from children aged 7 to 103-year-olds, and compiled their Gourmet into this book.

The team will re-tell part of stories and invite young Chef to share some Waste Not Gourmet at PMQ Taste Library.
