Join us this spring at PMQ Taste Library for a special event series featuring Minabe Craft Umeshu, a handcrafted umeshu brand from Wakayama, Japan. Experience the unique and exquisite “Minabe Craft Umeshu” collection, ranging from 1 to 10, to taste the diverse and delightful flavors of umeshu.

Don’t miss this creative collaboration between Japanese brewers and Hong Kong food and beverage designers!

1.【Umeshu x Tea x Food Pairing
Local tea sommelier Ming from “Chas Long Long Ago” , chef Tony, and founder of “Momo’s here” Liz will be presenting their creative representation of the exquisite  “Minabe Craft Umeshu” collection, pairing 6 out of 10 umeshu flavours with tea, pickled vegetables, dessert and light food to bring you new surprises.

 2.【When Umeshu meets Creativity】 (Private event, invited guests only)
Creatives from the design, F&B, and cultural sectors in Hong Kong and Japan gather over umeshu to share and spark new ideas.

3.【Umeshu Tasting with the Brand Founder】
Visiting from Wakayama in Japan, founder of Minabe Craft Umeshu Ryo Takada will be hosting a series of tasting sessions to share 10 different kinds of umeshu from his collection, with special editions including gin and whisky. Come and join this exchange of conversation and flavours!
