ORIENTSENSES is a gemstones and silver designer jewelry store. Their first store opened in 11 Aberdeen Street, Central in 2008, followed by the second branch in Ship Street, Wan Chai in 2010. In 2014, they moved their shop from 11 Aberdeen Street to 29 Aberdeen Street as their flagship jewelry store in Central.

Inspired by the precious Oriental / Asian arts & culture, they create their exclusive gemstones silver jewelry with a modern twist. For instance, The Akoya Pearl, they directly selected premium quality Akoya sea pearls from Mie Prefecture in Japan and adopted a Japanese Zen design approach to keep their designs minimal and timeless.

They always strive to design and craft their jewelry with high quality, elevated and wearable designs at reasonable prices.

In their design studio, they also custom make gemstones and silver beaded bracelets and necklaces for customers.

Co-founder of ORIENTSENSES

Passionate in art and design since she was young, she has been pursuing her dream of having a business of her own creations.

After graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in BBA, she worked in the field of business development for 10 years. Since then, she started to think that it’s time to make her dream happen and created ORIENTSENSES with Dominic in 2008.

Both of them furthered their study of silversmithing in Central Saint Martins in London; to expose themselves to different jewelry crafting cultures, they also learnt gemstone setting and silversmithing with a master silversmith in Chiangmai. These all greatly inspired them in the style of jewelry designs – exotic, modern and minimal. Their strengths lie in adopting the beautiful oriental art and cultural elements in a contemporary way.
