In spring and the season of flowers, it is best to read "花點的春天". Ancient books and poems to reproduce the delicacy of the ancients.

The first chapter is about tea banquet held by Qianlong to describe the history of Sanqing tea (三清茶) - using plum blossoms mixed with tea, fingered citron, pine nuts. It went well with plums appreciation. As for the Spring Festival, what kind of food is the must-have? According to the Chinese poet Huang Tingjian’s 木蘭花令, our ancestors made "Spring Plates", in which seasonal vegetables are paired with sweets to enjoy the festive ambience. They also shared the joy with friends and families, which has become a popular activity during the Spring Festival.
