A book is like a friend. We understand the world and life, or even observe ourselves through texts, and have a deep realization of oneself that we are not alone. PMQ invites different people from design and culture sectors to recommend a book, so that you can enrich yourselves as book therapy.

Why would you recommend this book?

Mike Wong: Undoubtedly in life, a sense of humor makes people particularly charming and it is socially-beneficial, but the power of humor is a lot more than that. "Humor is not only about joking, it can be an elegant and witty way when facing crisis and setbacks." This statement conveys the theme of the book.

There are many good examples in the book. They are all associated with resolving crises or critical situations with humor. With a witty reply, it can bring laughter and help turn enemies to friends.

I will quote an interesting story to make it easy for everyone to understand: In his public speech, former British Prime Minister Churchill asked the public to write a note to ask questions at the end of his speech. As a result, he received a note with only the word "stupid" written on it. So he humorously replied, "I can't answer this question because the questioner forgot to write it after signing it."

Humor is a self-assured expression with exceptional wisdom. Let's start cultivating a sense of humor with this strangely-covered book.
