First of all, who is Zahir? He is a sixth-generation, professional and energetic artisan baker from South Africa, who owned three bakeries there and now he has decided to open a shop in Hong Kong. When he first visited Taste Library, he loved our philosophy (and of course, we love him back as much!). We admire him for being so passionate about his craft. That’s how we both came to the decision of hosting a workshop at PMQ Taste Library to show everyone how to make sourdough bread with natural yeast from scratch!
