Last week, we launched our new whole wheat sourdough range featuring whole wheat miche, whole wheat multigrain, whole wheat with currants, golden raisins & hazelnuts and, whole wheat with black tea and mango.
Tying in with that, we are organizing a whole wheat appreciation session on 25 March to share tche benefits of the premium T150 French whole wheat flour we are using. We are currently the only bakery in Hong Kong to use this premium flour.
