Roasita’s: New Quest For Roast Chicken
Roasita’s is a roast chicken-focused restaurant, served with aromatic rice and various pickles, cold and hot small dishes. The founder, David Ko, has been cooking for over 10 years, gaining experiences from Robuchon in Hong Kong to Rockpool on George in Sydney; however, deep down he knows that roast chicken has a very important place in his heart. While working at a farm in Tasmania, he would cook roast chicken with different sides every week for his housemate. Knowing that roast chicken brings joy to him and his friends, he wishes to share his passion to his diners, hoping they would find fun and happiness in his cooking as well.
Roasita’s uses only locally sourced, fresh, never frozen tri-yellow chicken. It is flattened and deboned in a “spatchcock” style, so the chicken can cook quicker and produce a more juicy and tender texture.

The food inspiration comes from the founder’s passion for learning different cultures through food. Each bite will bring you a sense of familiarity yet unknown taste.
