【Bringing out the best flavours from the book!】

Until now, there are still visitors wondering what PMQ Taste Library exactly is. Well, it is a real library where it is filled with thousands of food-related books! But out of all these books, where should you start with? Don’t worry! PMQ Taste Library is going to launch “Read & Cook” Live Stream Cooking Demo in this month, and each time our curator, Andy Lai, will pick one of the best books here and share with all of you!

In the first “Read & Cook”, Andy is going to talk about Room for Dessert, the first book of Will Goldfarb, who is a former elBulli pastry chef and is known for his destination restaurant in Bali. After the brief sharing part, Andy will then attempt to replicate one of his favourite dishes from the book, Chocobubbles 4 Evah! Each session will have limited seatings for those who would love to taste the dish in person.

No matter watching it at home or seeing the demo in person at Taste Library, you will certainly obtain the essential elements that the author and chef would you want to know from the book! See you all on Facebook on May 12!
