This 4-session course will take you on an enriching journey to discover a new harmony and inner peace. In a small group you will learn tools you can easily use in your busy life, anytime and anywhere you wish.
Each session includes: a yoga warm up followed by a mindful meditation class
1st Class: Intro to Mindfulness meditation
2nd Class: Body meditation
3rd Class: Visual meditation
4th Class: Auditory meditation
*New Meditators: 1st class compulsory, other classes open to drop-in at $500 per class

Mindfulness Made Easy
Elena Maria Foucher began meditating in 2005, and spent the next 6 years researching mediation, relaxation and stress management, and opened a meditation and healing center in northern Thailand. She’s taught meditation to engineers, bankers, teachers, therapists, parents and artists in Thailand, the US and Hong Kong. She created Mindfulness Made Easy to suit the needs of urbanites: stres reduction that’s simple and easy to incorporate into busy lives.
Virginie Morel is a Radiant Body Yoga teacher based in Hong Kong. Her classes offer a unique combination of vinyasa and kundalini yoga (physical postures, breath work, kriyas, meditation and mantras). Virginie is a certified yoga teacher. Shetrained in Rishikesh, India with world-renowned Kia Miller, founder of Radiant Body Yoga.
