A community of people coming together to encourage and inspire each other to practice meditation. Evenings include guided practices and sharing insights, questions and support. Anyone is welcome who has meditated at least once, and either has a practice or wants to start one.
Our lovely teacher Elena Foucher will guide you to a simple mindfulness techniques to reduce stress that’s easy to incorporate into busy lives. She began meditating in 2005, and spent the next 6 years researching meditation, relaxation and stress management, and opened a meditation and healing center in Northern Thailand. She’s taught meditation to engineers, bankers, teachers, therapists, parents and artists in Thailand, the US and Hong Kong.
