16 July 2022 (Saturday) – 21 August 2022 (Sunday)
1:00pm – 8:00pm
Inspired by the theme of “Distance”, her afternoon’s new work is a retrospective of our lives during the pandemic and the fragility of human connections, tracing back to her roots. These two years have been a strange time for many people. We have had our share of isolation, frustration, anxiety, loss, and grief. The artist’s works illustrate our shared pain and sorrow with the hope of offering solace and aspiration to the audience.
her afternoon will present eight new works accompanied by short poems to create resonance with the viewers. We’ve also collaborated with the artist to create an exclusive aroma for the exhibition, as our viewers embark on a journey with her afternoon’s ‘faceless’ characters and connect with them. What’s more, we’ll be publishing our first art book with the artist to extend the journey of solitude with our viewers.
