Our curator, Craig first visited Morocco as a backpacker. Last year, he was in Morocco again – this time, he was invited to be the guest host of a tour guiding a group of Chinese tourists through the arts and food culture of Morocco. The theme of this month’s Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen is exactly the two trips to the country. He will talk about the different experiences he had in these two trips.

Reflecting on his recent trip, he recalled that Chinese tourists were not very used to the local food there, since the food culture does not contain many variations there. But for the second half of his trip, he explored different restaurants and hotels by himself. And he is going to share his most unforgettable and the most deluxe dining experience he had in Morocco at one of the restaurants in a hotel he stayed in.

After the sharing, he will prepare a Moroccan Citrus Salad (with mint, orange, citrus, honey and nuts), together with a cup of ice cold mint tea for participants to stay cool in hot weather. Register for the upcoming Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen to know more about food culture in Morocco and taste the dish and drinks in person!

Limited seats available, prior registration required!

Language: Conducted mainly in Cantonese
