Meet the Host
Your guide for the evening is Christian Szabo, founder of Local Food Tour Prague and author of Evolution of Czech Food. Christian will take us on a journey through centuries of Czech gastronomy, from hearty medieval fare to refined Austro-Hungarian influences and modern innovations.
