Chef Tiff’s Kitchen was found by the post 90s generation Tiff who was back to Hong Kong after graduation from the United States. Tiff was major in music. When she started her high intensity body training to prepare herself for the upcoming busy schedule as a singer-songwriter, the low sugar and low carbohydrate diet designed by her trainer has hindered Tiff to have her favourite matcha dessert, so she started to create her own low sugar and more healthy versions, and shared with friends.
Tiff started her Instagram (IG) shop @cheftiffskitchen (CTK) in October 2015, after countless tasting and encouragement from friends. CTK specializes in high quality contemporary fusion tea cuisine. Besides local produce, CTK also searches for quality ingredients from around the world, and creates her unique fusion tea dishes. CTK gets a lot of compliments from customers, products are sold out swiftly in every group buying campaign. In 2017, CTK broke her own record of selling 200 mooncakes in 30 seconds, and all 2,000 mooncakes gone in 3 days. CTK has over 12,000 IG followers and gets great support from food bloggers now. In these 3 years, CTK has also participated in some of the most important gourmet events in town, such as Taste of Hong Kong, Art Central and Tong Chong Street Market.
3rd Anniversary Pop-up
CTK will open a Pop-up restaurant at PMQ Taste Kitchen from August 2 to 18, 2018. “I am so grateful to have the continuous support from customers, it is a great opportunity to see them inperson for more sharing in our pop-up restaurant”, Tiff said. It was the thought that her customers could sit down comfortably to taste her foods, and share her fusion tea cuisine concept that made the pop-up restaurant finally exists.
CTK cooperates with Twins Kitchen, which manages PMQ Taste Kitchen. In the Pop-up restaurant, Tiff will hire a few of her secondary school juniors, who won cooking awards, as intern workers, which adds much energy to Tiff’s passion. Besides, Antonio Lai, an award-winning bartender, has also created a Tea’mixology Collection with Tiff, including a series of tea infused cocktail, which will also be served in the pop-up restaurant.
