LIVIN ARTS by LIVIN XPERIENCE is dedicated in promoting traditional arts across cultures, transcending heritage through time.

Founded in 2020, LIVIN ARTSPACE is Hong Kong’s first Cloisonne Thangka Atelier, the sole representative and agent of Tibetan Cloisonne Thangka master Tsultrim Norbu, hosting cloisonné thangka exhibitions and workshops in Hong Kong and beyond.

Debby Shing first encountered cloisonne craftsmanship from Tibetan Thangka Master Tsultrim Norbu in Qinghai-Yushu, China, in 2018. She officially became apprentice to Master Tsultrim Norbu in 2020. She launched her own cloisonne studio in Hong Kong in 2021, creates cloisonne art works and conducts cloisonne workshops, delighting and inspiring audiences from all walks of life.
