Clarification Statement

In response to recent media reports on PMQ’s performance in our first year of operation, PMQ Management Co. Ltd. would like to make the following clarification:

1. The financial statement for the fiscal year starting from 1st April, 2014 to 31st March, 2015, which is the first year operation of PMQ, is still being audited and has not been published yet. It is therefore regrettable that certain media had referenced PMQ’s financial statements for the fiscal year 2012-13 and 2013-14, during which PMQ was not opened, to make erroneous comments about our post-opening performance.

2. Certain media also quoted in their reports PMQ Management Co. Ltd.’s income and expenses posted in financial statements for year 2013 and 2014. They were planned investments necessary to take the PMQ project from development stage to completion and were managed in line with the project’s original development plan.
