If you love watching videos on YouTube, you may have come across Maangchi’s channel. The word “maangchi” actually means hammer in Korean, which the renowned Youtuber chose to use this word as her account name, as she thinks this would be a cool name for a tough lady.
Maangchi started her channel in 2007, and she teaches her audience how to make simple Korean dishes in English in a very fun and casual way. She published her first cookbook, Maangchi’s Real Korean Cooking, a few years ago, and we are going to pick a few dishes in this cook and to share with all of you!
