Instant indulgence, infinite fun. Your favourite designer toy festival “PMQ Play Stuff Fest” is back. This year, the festival transforms into “TOY GUYS” — a fast-food joint delivering endless surprises for kidults and toy lovers on demand!
For 3 days, we are teaming up with local toy brands Dr. Plastic, Foon Creations, Vapour Park, and The W.O.O.F Club to launch collectible art pieces, exclusive toys, and must-have merchandise. Collect the whole set and bring the joy home!
Discover a curated line-up of over 40 toy brands from Hong Kong, Bangkok, Seoul, and Taipei with fresh new designer pieces and limited-edition toys. Don’t miss the sharing sessions where creative minds tell their stories, plus workshops led by toy makers who will share hands-on tips, techniques, and behind-the-scenes processes. Whether you are a newcomer or a die-hard enthusiast, get ready to be fascinated with the world of toys.

Redemption Point: “PMQ Play Stuff Fest” Ticket Collection Counter, Courtyard, PMQ
Procedure:
1. Select the attending event date and purchase a Day Ticket on Popticket.
2. Present your QR code at the counter to collect your entry wristband. Early Bird Day Ticket owners may also collect one “PMQ Play Stuff Fest 2025″ Mini Sofubi Blind Box each.
3. Enter the event by presenting your entry wristband to the event staff.

【Ticketing】
Q1: What is the difference between Early Bird and Adult Day Tickets?
A1: The price is the same, but each Early Bird Day Ticket includes the gift of one limited-edition “PMQ Play Stuff Fest 2025″ Mini Sofubi Blind Box each. Early Bird Day Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q2: Do I need to pre-order Child Day Tickets?
A2: Please pre-order online before the event, or order your ticket at the ticket counter during the event. Adults must present the child’s ID (i.e HKID, student ID, or student handbook) to collect the entry wristband.
Q3: Can I attend multiple days during the event?
A3: Yes, but a separate Day Ticket is required for each day. Please select the specific dates and purchase separate tickets when ordering online.
Q4: Does the Day Ticket include admission to workshops and sharing sessions?
A4: The Day Ticket covers general admission to the event only. Specific workshops or sharing sessions require separate registration and additional fees. Please refer to the relevant page for registration.
【Entry & Wristbands】
Q5: How do I enter with an online ticket?
A5: Visit the ticket collection counter at the PMQ Courtyard, present your QR code to collect your entry wristband, and wear it to enter.
Q6: Can I leave and re-enter?
A6: Yes. Same-day re-entry is allowed as long as your entry wristband remains intact.
Q7: Can I use the same entry wristband to attend other days during the event?
A7: No. Entry wristbands are valid for the one day and on the specified date only.
Q8: What if I lose my entry wristband?
A8: Lost or damaged entry wristbands will not be replaced. Please wear them securely.
【Payment & Refunds】
Q9: Is cash accepted on-site?
A9: No. We only accept credit cards and mobile payments (Visa, Mastercard, WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayMe, Octopus).
Q10: Can I buy Day Tickets for tomorrow or the next day on-site?
A10: On-site sales are for same-day ticket sales only. Please use the online platform for advance orders.
Q11: Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event or would like to change the date?
A11: No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and must be used on the specified date.
Q12: If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, will a refund be issued?
A12:
1) Prior to the event: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or hoists a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above 2 hours before the event, the event will either be postponed to 3:00pm or cancelled depending on the situation. Please stay tuned to updates on our official platforms and note the following arrangements:
a) If the Hong Kong Observatory cancels or lowers the aforementioned signals before 1:00pm, the event will reopen at 3:00pm. The organizer will not refund ticket fees for that day.
b) If the aforementioned signals remain in force at or after 1:00pm, the event will be cancelled. The organizer will arrange refunds for participants who have purchased tickets for that day.
2) During the event: If the aforementioned signals are issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 1:00pm during the event, the afternoon session will be cancelled.
a) For participants who have not checked in: The organizer will refund the ticket fees to participants who have not attended the event.
b) For participants who have already entered: It is recommended to remain in a safe location first. Participants may choose to continue with the activities or leave under safe conditions. The organizer will not issue refunds to participants who have already entered the venue.
