【An Early Shinya Shokudo】

As we all know, food connects us in countless ways. While we eat, we share moments, conversations and insights. At the end of the day, food makes us happy, that is why PMQ Taste Library has Meet & Munch Wednesday! On every select Wednesday, we will organise an intimate meetup to explore different food-related topics over delicious food.

Let’s talk about the popular Japanese manga, Shinya Shokudo, in this month’s Meet & Munch Wednesday. Every chapter of this comic involves a touching story with inspiration, that is related to or hidden behind a dish prepared by the owner of the Shokudo. On the evening of August 21, why don’t we think of ourselves as the owner and a customer? While we eat and drink, we can also discuss about the comic and share the meaning of the dish that you will bring on that night with each other.
PMQ Taste Library will prepare the regular item of Shinya Shokuda, Butajiru, for all the participants.

What dish in the comic will you prepare? Or you will bring a dish that has special meaning to you? We hope you will meet more food lovers and friend in Meet & Munch Wednesday, while you can enjoy a lovely night within a busy week.
