Join us on Sunday, November 11th for a sit down tasting dinner to celebrate Kagoshima Prefecture month at Sake Central and the incredible shochu produced in this Japanese Prefecture.
The tasting dinner menu will include 9 courses from our chef Lok Yan Li, each paired with a different shochu bottle from Ookubo, Satsuma and Komasa distilleries. A welcome shochu cocktail will be prepared by Ms. Ayumi Endo from one of our favorite bars in Hong Kong – Mizunara the Library.
