【90-minute journey for your taste buds】

Seriously, who doesn’t love travelling? There are tremendous exciting things we can explore in other foreign countries, especially the FOOD! Of course, eating is one of the best and fastest ways to learn about another culture. Starting from September 2017, you can enjoy a 90-minute journey for your taste buds in our Foreign Taste workshop.
PMQ Taste Library will search for different recipes from around the world. Some may be given by our visitors and friends, or our curators may learn how to make foreign dishes from the locals and share with all of you. In this 90-minute journey, you will be able to find the most authentic taste from the other countries.

This time, we have invited Mr. Vincent Chan, who went on exchange to Brazil for a year when he was in highschool, to share his stories and experience. Of course, our curator, Andy Lai, will also remake a few of Vincent’s favorite dishes that he has eaten in Florianópolis. Let’s go on a short trip to Brazil on November 25!

Language:
This session will be conducted mainly in Cantonese
