Starting from November, Ms Lili Ho, former DJ and programme producer at Hong Kong Commercial Radio, will be the new host at PMQ Taste Library’s Family Recipes Workshops every Sunday!

This Sunday we will have another architect coming in as our guest! Mr. Alex Hui, who has passion for eating and cooking. He learned how to make Chinese sponge cake from his mother in these recent years, so that he would take over his mother’s hard work and be in charge for making this festive food right before Chinese New Year.
