【Shanghainese Home Dishes from a Floral Designer】

Good food is not only about the taste, but good presentation is just as important. In this month’s Family Recipes workshop, our curator, Craig Au-Yeung, has invited Mr. Clifford Ma, a floral designer, to come and show everyone some Shanghainese home dishes, such as Shanghainese Wonton, Egg Omelettes and Lion’s Head. Besides revealing the techniques, Clifford will also share the stories behind these dishes.

Guest’s Profile:
Clifford was born in Hong Kong, and his family is from Shanghai. He was a graphic designer before he switched to become a floral designer in 2002. By 2009, he opened his own studio. His friends really enjoy his cooking and they would never forget the taste of his Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs and dumplings.
