This month’s Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen takes you to one of the foodie’s favourite cities – Tokyo, Japan! Mr Craig Au-yeung Ying Chai, the curator of PMQ Taste Library, was recently invited to attend the 2018 Ctrip Gourmet List Tokyo Ceremony, where he received the latest list of the great restaurants recommended by gastronomist from all over the world. Although it was a very short stay in Tokyo, Craig, being a gourmet himself, planned out his dining itinerary ahead of time and made reservations at some of best fine dining spots in the city.
At this upcoming session of Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen, he will share his dining experiences with all of you, as well as elaborating on some of his favourite dishes and why they were particularly memorable. Craig will also prepare his own version of tempura for all of you to sample. If you are into uniquely imagined flavour combinations or interested in learning more about Craig’s trip to Tokyo, do not miss this month’s Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen!
Language: Conducted mainly in Cantonese
