To celebrate the national Finnish Food Day, the Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macao warmly invites you to join the Finnish Food Night—a night filled with traditional Finnish flavours, including baking workshops, food tasting, and a cultural adventure.

Join us at PMQ Taste Library, where you can explore the flavors and cultural traditions of Finland in a cozy setting, right in the heart of Central. Whether you are already a fan of Finnish cuisine or curious to try it for the first time, you are welcome!

What to Expect:

1. Finnish food tasting: Enjoy Finnish favourites including creamy salmon soup, traditional Karelian pies, smoked vendace, salty licorice, bilberry juice and more.

2. Karelian Pie Baking Workshop: Learn how to make Finnish Karelian Pie in this fun workshop. Registration needed, secure your spot for the workshop here (please register for ONE session only).
