Following up from the guest chef dinner with Martin Berasatgui at the start of the year, Vasco has invited one of Martin Berasatagui’s most acclaimed protégés, Erlantz Gorostiza, to cook at Vasco on the evenings of 9-10 July 2015. Chef Gorostiza is Head of Gastronomy at the two Michelin starred M.B Restaurant – Abama Golf and Spa Resort in Tenerife. His impressive professional career includes other ‘starry’ establishments such as the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca (Girona) with three Michelin stars, Quique Dacosta (Alicante) also with three stars, and The Gates (Cuenca), Andra Mari (Vizcaya) and Kubita Kaia (Vizcaya), all of them with one Michelin star.For Vasco he has curated an eight-course menu, featuring signature dishes from M.B Restaurant. The menu is priced at $1780 per person, including a glass of Champagne upon arrival. Vasco is taking prepay bookings now.
