Founded in Hong Kong in 2014 by Quinn, Jacky, and Charles, EONIQ is a pioneering platform for fully personalised watch design and hands-on mechanical watchmaking workshops. The name says it all—EONIQ: Timeless—as every custom watch carries a story. In December 2022, the brand launched its first Hong Kong-origin skeleton mechanical movement. Serving customers in over 100 countries with 680,000+ followers, EONIQ’s new PMQ showroom in Central offers bespoke design, DIY workshops, and Hong Kong-made watches to try on.

Designer’s background
Quinn Lai is a serial entrepreneur based in Hong Kong and the United States. After a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford, he worked as a McKinsey consultant and a Hewlett-Packard product manager. A lifelong watch enthusiast, he left his corporate career in 2014 to found EONIQ, the first platform for fully personalised mechanical watches, raising US$500,000 on Indiegogo—900% above target. He launched DIY WATCH CLUB in 2020. Both brands now serve 100+ countries, bringing Hong Kong watchmaking craftsmanship to the world.
