A book is like a friend. We understand the world and life, or even observe ourselves through texts, and have a deep realization of oneself that we are not alone. PMQ invites different people from design and culture sectors to recommend a book, so that you can enrich yourselves as book therapy.

Why would you recommend this book?

Jasmine Hui: No matter how turbulent the world and how hectic the life is, for those who like to read, as long as you open the book, you can forget your worries in reading. Even if answers cannot be discovered right away, you can still get some inspiration from the reading process.

Bibliographic therapist heals patients with literary works and soothes the soul of patients. Just like the protagonist of the book, although his private life is a mess, but in his profession, he can often confidently wander through different literary works, opening up horizons for and comforting others.

If there was such a profession of bibliographic therapist in Hong Kong, what kind of book list would you expect him/her to recommend for you?
