This unique 2 hour workshop combines Yoga, meditation and EFT.
Jen Kentrup will teach a 60 minute Forrest* yoga class that will invite you to approach your practice with a fresh perspective, using the breath as a way of going deeper.
Sarah Breidenbach will lead participants through a group EFT* session and meditation with the aim to cultivate clear intentions and release old tension.
