【Foreign Taste: Gwangju】

PMQ Taste Library and Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong proudly present Foreign Taste: Gwangju in Festive Korea 2019. After being in Busan last year, Taste Library’s curator Andy Dark went to Gwangju in the South Jeolla Province to look for more inspirations. In this sharing session, he will talk about his experience on eating the Gwangju Five Flavors (Duck Stew, Gwangju Kimchi, Marinated Beef Ribs, Mt. Mudeung Boiled Barley Rice and Korean Table d’hôte) and the renowned fermented skate. Besides sharing, Andy will also demonstrate making Marinated Beef Ribs (Tteokgalbi) in front of all of the participants. Tasting the food while listening to the stories Andy shares, we hope all of you will get a glimpse of the taste of Gwangju before you go there next time!

For those who love traveling, eating or cooking, this event will definitely inspire you! Sign up now!
