Pici 10th Anniversary Market — PMQ Atrium Takeover (27 Jun; 12-7pm)

We’re bringing our neighbourhood spirit to the PMQ Atrium for a massive public celebration! With free entry and no registration, the market features:
○ Pici Lane – Curated food stalls selling some of the Pici classics for walk-up tastings and hands-on workshops to learn the art of hand-rolling pasta (on-the-day sign-up).
○ Gallery – Explore a decade of our history at the Pici Wall and capture the moment at our dedicated photo-op areas.
○ Partner Pantry – A dedicated area designed to elevate the festival spirit:

○ Stage Moments: Real-Life ‘Culinary Class Wars’ – The Main Stage will host two marquee engagements with Napoli Matfia:

■ “Pasta Challenge” x Napoli Matfia (2-3pm)
A lively, on-stage activation open to all. No pre-signup is required – participants can volunteer on the spot. If our chefs spot “hidden talent” at the pasta-making booths, you might be invited to compete live on stage for quick feedback and playful judging from the champion himself.

■ “Young Pasta Chef Competition X Napoli Matfia” (Presented by FWD Insurance) (4-5pm)
Five talented kids, shortlisted from applicants via FWD Max Academy, will take centre stage. Having practiced with custom recipe books at home, these finalists will roll, wrap, and garnish their own ravioli live. Napoli Matfia will provide mentorship-led feedback in a TV-style showdown, followed by a live demonstration of his signature dish, giving everyone a front-row view of his legendary technique.

■ Live Demonstration by Napoli Matfia (4-5pm)
Fans of the hit show are in for a treat as Napoli Matfia prepares to bring his signature intensity to the live stage. By recreating the high-stakes atmosphere of Culinary Class Wars, he’ll be orchestrating that same
gripping tension in real time, allowing the audience to witness his precision and competitive edge up close. It’s a rare chance to see the “mafia” persona in action, turning a standard cooking demonstration into a high-pressure culinary performance.
