At this opera talk, you will experience both live music and drama in a close environment with selected arias from Puccini’s Madama Butterfly. Our speaker Professor Johnny Poon will guide you through the background of this intoxicating opera, together with demonstration by two talent local singers, soprano Etta Fung and tenor Samuel Huang; accompanied by More Than Musical’s artistic director Wei-En Hsu, to perform excerpts from the opera. This event will end with a Q&A session with the performers.
