Come by Sake Central on November 16th or 17th, as we welcome an acclaimed chef Peter Cuong Franklin of Saigon’s famous Pho Bar NHAU NHAU.
On these two nights only we’ll have a special menu curated and executed by Peter Franklin himself. The menu will feature four highlight dishes of NHAU NHAU, so it’s your chance to have a Pho Bar moment without having to leave Hong Kong! To make it even more fun, all dishes will be paired with a complimentary tasting portion of sake.
