Executive Chef Chris Whitmore and his team are on standby this Christmas to prepare you a Beef Wellington – cue juicy Aberdeen Angus tenderloin encased in seared foie gras, mushroom duxelles, and buttery puff pastry – along with all the best trimmings including potato purée, roasted carrots, shallots braised in port and red wine sauce (HK$350pp, minimum size serves 2). We’ll do all the prep work and pass the festive feast over to you to heat up and serve. The credit is all yours.
