【Best Dessert for summer: Mango Pomelo Peach Gum Panna Cotta】

Peach gum has gained lots of popularity in the past few years. Consumers use it in diet therapy for the sake of being healthy and pretty, and some use the ingredient in desserts for its chewy texture. But have you ever imagined combining peach gum and Hong Kong people’s favourite dessert, Mango Pomelo Sago, together?

Starting from this month, our curator Andy Dark will host cooking class on making creative dishes. Getting inspiration from Taste Library’s extensive resources and his own experience, he will demonstrate dishes that you will not see outside. If you love eating or cooking, Andy will make sure you are satisfied in his class!
