【Find out the taste of Hong Kong with your hands】

Trying local authentic food is a great way to experience the culture of a foreign city, but learning how to make them yourself is even better! PMQ Taste Library is the one, and the only one, food-themed library in Asia. Having a collection of over four thousand books covering different food cultures from around the globe, we now are offering you the perfect opportunity to experience the local Cantonese food culture!

Our curator will share about the history and stories of the dish of the day in the “Cook-In Hong Kong” workshop. Meanwhile, all the participants would learn how to make the dish from scratch. After the workshop, not only your stomach will be satisfied, but you will sure be capable to replicate the wonderful taste back to your home country!
