Held in conjunction with Aberdeen Street Social’s existing operations and offerings, highlights of Cloudy Bay’s three activations include a tasting menu from the restaurant and bar’s newly appointed Head Chef, Keith Hooker. Served for both lunch and dinner service in the upstairs dining room, this five-course menu (HK$600 pp + 10% SC) is a playful mix of old favourites and fresh ideas driven by the seasons. Guests can opt to add three matched Cloudy Bay wines to their experience for HK$350.
