On Saturday and Sunday, 12th and 13th of January Chef Lok Yan Li of Sake Central and Chef Davide Borin of Pici will be collaborating for the first time for a very special dining event!
The two chefs will create a special menu of small plates, pasta dishes and desserts inspired by the countries and cuisines that had the greatest influence on them and their cooking. Think Japan meets Italy in the most unexpected ways with sake pairing suggestions to complete the experience and show the diversity of sake when served with international flavors.
Tasting menu: $588 HKD + 10% service charge, a la carte menu also available.
