From March 6th to March 30th, two highly acclaimed artists, Yoshiko Okajima and Conoca Chiba, will collaborate on a vibrant and heartwarming art exhibition – “GO! GO! ANIMAL”. Through a rich visual language, the exhibition will showcase the beauty of nature and life, offering viewers a profound emotional experience and artistic enjoyment.

Yoshiko Okajima, an Osaka-based artist, is known for her vibrant color palette. Her works, rich in color and lively in composition, convey emotion, aiming to bring viewers a moment of peace and joy. Okajima believes art is a bridge that transcends language and culture, reaching directly into people’s hearts and bringing positive energy. Her inspiration comes from daily life, interpreting her love and understanding of life through her brushstrokes. Okajima’s works have been exhibited worldwide, including in Dubai, the UAE, Italy, and Australia, and she will showcase her latest works at the 2025 Osaka Expo.

At just 12 years old, Conoca Chiba has quickly risen to prominence in the art world with her unique “circular brushstroke art” style. Her delicate brushstrokes capture the expressive eyes of creatures, successfully conveying the gentleness of life and the healing power of nature. Conoca’s works not only allow viewers to feel the breath of the creatures in her paintings but also convey an atmosphere of happiness and hope. Since establishing her personal style at the age of nine, she has exhibited extensively in Tokyo, Nagoya, and the Kansai region, with her debut solo exhibition, “10~Art,” achieving remarkable success. Chiba’s youthful yet mature perspective infuses art with new vitality, earning her widespread acclaim.

The “GO! GO! ANIMAL” exhibition will present viewers with works by two artists who are distinctly different yet equally captivating. Okajima captures the warmth of life with vibrant colors, while Chiba depicts the soul of life with delicate brushstrokes.
