Project Manager – Fabrix (Contract)

About the role: 

1. Responsible for project management specifically governing and monitoring the deliverables and outcomes from all vendors.
2. Establish the partnership between PMQ and FHCM and handling all the necessary procurement process and the venue operator.
3. The project manager should also responsible to monitoring and handling the coordination between all vendors, PMQ and FHCM, including coordination of venue requirement and logistic.
4. 9 months engagement to ensure PMQ to go through the auditing process internally.

5. Irregular working hours required.

Experiences & Qualities

1. 8 years of working experience, in which having at least 3 years at the managerial level, in organizing and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Past working experience in the fashion industry / journalists, PR & marketing, creative industries, art / culture field, and / or retail business would be an advantage.
2. Self-motivated as both a team leader and team player in a small but passionate and energetic team.
3. Good communication skills and be able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.
4. Passionate in design, fashion, arts & culture.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
