PMQ Creative Education Programme will introduce design thinking to primary and secondary school students, teachers and parents by playing around with subjects of architecture, arts and STEM to ignite the creativity of students, offering them an opportunity to see, to listen, to think and to explore from new perspectives through various medium. It is a year-round project, including online/on-site class, event, exhibition, online/offline promotion, etc.

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

  1. Working under the supervision of the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager, to assist in execution of a project about creative education progrmames for children and youth, and its promotional campaign and workshop, field trip, school programme and relevant on/offline promotional activities.
  2. Responsible for the coordination, operation and logistic arrangement for the programmes executed in schools, community centres, or youth associations, etc.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of all documentation related to the project. Providing general administrative duties support to the project team.
  4. Assist the team to conduct research and data analysis on related industry.
  5. Maintaining a close and clear communication with all working parties and the involved tutors, designers and artists of the project.
  6. To handle all programme questionnaires with event helpers and assist in overall evaluation.
  7. Irregular working hours required.

Experiences & Qualities

  1. University or college graduate with at least 1+ years of working experience in execution of events, school programme, exhibitions, and/or promotional campaigns.
  2. A self-motivated team player in a small but passionate and energetic team.
  3. Posses good communication skill. Able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with people having diversified backgrounds and cultures.
  4. Passionate in design, arts, culture and children education.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, familiar with design software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc) or online/digital promotion is an advantage.
  6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
