About the role

We are seeking a talented Part-time Account Clerk to join the team at PMQ Management Company Limited. This is a part-time based in Central Central and Western District, Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of bookkeeping principles who is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule. You will play a key supporting role in maintaining our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions.
  • Process income debit notes and supplier payment invoices.
  • Prepare cheques and handle basic banking administration.
  • Complete other general office and accounting duties as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong general computer skills and comfort learning new software.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday), specific schedule to be discussed.
