Tender Title: EOI – PMQ Hong Kong Delegate Showcase at Maison&Objet in Paris

Description

We are now inviting professional units (particularly in the creative and design sector) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing design and build service for PMQ’s exhibition space in an overseas trade show.

Application of EOI

1. Download the Application of EOI
2. Complete the Application Form together with relevant documents, which stated in the application package

Submission of EOI and Closing Date

Interested parties shall submit their EOI by hard-copy on or before 12:00 noon on 22 November 2023 (Wednesday) to our office at S614, 6/F, Staunton, PMQ, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central, Hong Kong.

If a black rainstorm warning signal is issued or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is in effect for any duration between 9:00am and 12:00 noon on the closing date, the closing time will be deferred to 12:00noon on the next weekday (i.e. except Saturday and Sunday) other than public holiday after the black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is cancelled.

Late submission will NOT be considered.
