DESIGNER’S BACKGROUND
At Fluid X, our journey began with Wendy and Winnie, a sister team whose fitness story unfolded during the challenging times of a global pandemic. Unable to frequent traditional gyms, we turned to innovative solutions that brought the gym to our homes. Our trainers arrived with Aqua Bags in tow, heralding a new era of at-home workouts.

Initially conceived as weight substitutes, these Aqua Bags quickly became indispensable. When gym doors eventually reopened, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves not just maintaining but enhancing our fitness levels in unique ways. The true potential of Aqua Bags emerged beyond mere weights—they excelled at instability training, enhancing coordination, and strengthening those crucial stabilizer muscles.
