Spring is a perfect time for rejuvenation and nurturing a sense of vitality. To embrace this season of “rebirth”, Maggie Li @ NANUM will be leading a special outdoor Spring Awakening Charity Yoga Class focusing on detoxification, enabling participants to cleanse and revitalise mind and body and reconnect with the nature. Fund raised at this event will be fully donated to Hong Kong Cancer Fund. Let’s cultivate a compassionate and supportive community and enhance well-being together!
