For this event, we will create a unique dining experience, hosted at Boom Cafe Gallery in Sheung Wan. We have invited a soba noodle master from Tochigi prefecture to create fresh soba that will be eaten with an elaborate kaiseki meal. This will all be beautifully presented on lacquerware by Fusui Miyahara, with some stunning art pieces by Yoshiaki Yuki on the walls. It will be an experience to please all the senses!
