Well-known bon vivant Chua Lam started his calligraphy journey at age 40, and has been writing for half of his life. Locked down in Hong Kong due to COVID, Chua once again practices calligraphy to express and entertain himself, and is now showing over 200 of his works in an exhibition. He knows calligraphy exhibitions can be boring, so “fun first” Chua Lam is calling it “Chua Lam’s Calligraphy Party”. He is going to be at the exhibition daily to practice calligraphy with visitors, and he wishes to sow some seeds of art with the younger generation.
